Your Personalized Memoir Plan: After the first meeting, we create a tailored plan that includes; a proposed structure, tone options, interview schedule, opportunities to include photos, letters, or other keepsakes.

Choose Your Interview Format: You decide how you’d like to proceed. Prefer a few in-depth conversations over a shorter period or a reflective series of 8 to 10 interviews over several months? We tailor the pace and format to your rhythm, needs, and schedule.

Begin the Interview Series: We’ll explore your most meaningful memories, lessons, and reflections. This is one of life's more meaningful activities one can imagine.

Transcription & first drafts: After each interview, your words are shaped into a written draft. We preserve your voice while creating clear, structured chapters. You’ll review each draft and have the chance to reflect, refine, and expand as needed.

Tone, Style & Visuals: Together, we define the tone and style that best suits you; be it poetic, documentary, lighthearted, or reflective. You may also choose to include personal photographs, letters, or other visuals to bring your story to life.

Collaborative Editing: Our editors carefully refine your manuscript, enhancing the clarity, flow, and emotional depth without ever losing your desired voice.
8. Final Review & Manuscript Approval: Once the draft feels complete, we schedule a final interview session. This is your moment to ensure your story is captured just as you envisioned.

Design, Layout & Production: We transform your masterpiece into a professionally designed file. This includes cover design, page layout, photo integration, and print setup.
