How the Process Works
The journey begins with personal interviews. Whether you're highlighting key founders, team members, or long-time clients, we meet in person or online to listen—carefully and empathetically. You choose how much of the story to share: a few defining moments or a full chronological narrative. We then craft your company story into a beautifully written and designed book—tailored to your tone, style, and vision.
We offer three package levels, which help estimate your project scope and cost. These are fully customizable. You can also add optional audio recordings, video clips, or digital archives to accompany the printed book.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Project Kickoff: Your Dedicated Project Manager
You'll be assigned a Project Manager who guides you through the entire process—scheduling interviews, coordinating team members, and answering your questions every step of the way.
2. Interview Planning & Preparation
You'll fill out a short questionnaire to identify key themes, people, and milestones you want to include. Based on your answers, we match you with an experienced interviewer.
3. The Interview Series
Over approximately 10 sessions, our interviewer meets with your chosen storytellers. These conversations are recorded (with your permission) to ensure every detail is captured. Sessions can take place at your office, home, or remotely.
4. Photo & Archive Selection
In the final session, we go through any photos, documents, or visual materials you’d like to include in the book.
5. Ghostwriting: Bringing the Story to Life
A professional writer (often the same person as your interviewer) transforms the recordings into an engaging and authentic manuscript. The tone and style reflect your voice and story.
6. Editing & Review
An editor then fine-tunes the manuscript, ensuring clarity, flow, and flawless language. You'll receive a draft for approval before it moves to print.
7. Design & Printing
Once you've selected the book’s cover, layout, and paper quality, we send the final version to print. High-quality materials and elegant design make your story a timeless keepsake.
